I am there (मैं रहूँगा)

मैं रहूँगा,’ which in English means I Am There’. They are the most powerful three words which one can say, to a person you love, to a family member, to a friend or enemy and also to the people who are emotionally broken, who are in pain or even to some person who is feeling left alone or lonely. These words show that, You Care, You Believe, You are Positive and Strong. Not many understand the importance of these words.

Having someone that has your back, will keep you positive and motivated, you’re never on your own, you’ve always got someone who’s going to come and lend you a hand, help you alleviate in depression and motivate you to start again.

Today’s lifestyle and work culture has forgotten this very important aspect and all the more part of being a human. Helping others should be a natural extension of everyone. Unfortunately, it doesn’t come as easy. In a survey conducted by me for an MNC, now helping has become difficult. 88% of people did not remember the last time they helped someone. Out of them 56% said they were so caught in with their lifestyle and work that they did not even have time to visit an old friend or just call up to get a general update. The remaining 12% inspired me to write this article. So I believe this will inspire you.

However, in the last year, I’ve realized that most of my best clients, partners and relationships have come from me helping someone.

Help your family and friends: You family is very important. As they never leave you in any situation. Some friends are like family and also played a very vital role in what you are now. Don’t wait for them, to ask for help. Offer before, this will show that you care. Talk to a family member or friend and ask what they most need help with and offer your services. Make a routine of asking around your circle of friends and family

Listen: Simple listen to them with kindness and without judgment. As a human we need to talk, but don’t get people who listen. Don’t simply leap in with your own feelings, thoughts, and stories. When you’re listening to someone, stay focused on what they are saying.

Volunteer your time: Time is valuable and most people understand that. Volunteering is great way to help out others at work or community. This will give you a new perspective on your own life.

Stop to Help: If you see someone on the street, who is struggling to carry all their groceries, lend a helping hand. Help a person you know or even given a chance help a stranger.

Sharing knowledge, sharing your resources, giving them transparent feedback and also giving gifts will bring a change and also make you happier.

This will help you live a positive life. Focusing on the positivity in life, and creating more positive things in the world, can help you maintain greater feelings of happiness and fulfillment as well. It usually doesn’t take much to help one another.
