Innovation is a process. A brilliant idea becomes an innovation when it is turned into a system that produces remarkably improved results. Learning and innovation go hand in hand. You have to have a big vision and take very small steps to get there. In today’s world it’s not about grand innovation, it’s about a lot of little innovations: every day, every week, every month, making something a little bit better day by day.
